Maria's professionalism, easy going nature and knowledge of the real estate market in our area was exceptional. Maria provided us with information on comparable sales in our suburb and then a realistic price guide. Maria also provided us with simple tips on how to style and stage our house in readiness for the open house inspection which presented it in its best possible appearance. Maria's marketing campaign for our property was also exceptional - she had creative photos and arial shots taken of our house, as well as a video and 3D virtual tour taken inside the property. These were then included in the advertising for both Domain and Realestate.com websites. Our property was also advertised in the newspaper.
