We recently have had the opportunity to purchase a house through Maria. Maria is really a unique Real Estate Agent who not only has excellent interpersonal skills her ability to understand human interaction was so impressive that in a short period of time she established a strong trusting relationship with us as the purchasers. Her ethical standards were solid and we felt very confident that she was communicating what we were saying to the sellers. We believe Marias ability to balance and manage our relationship as the buyers and with the sellers was respectful and thoughtful, she was always working to get towards a good outcome for all parties. Marias ability to understand another person’s perspective and to be able to gauge what others need from her was evidence of the empathy she showed to us as the purchasers. Maria kept us in the loop at all times, listened to us throughout the process communicated clearly the sellers needs and timeframes. Maria was a pleasure to work with through the sale of our property.
