We had to relocate from our first family home to follow employment. Our home was leased with the intention of moving back one day. Dowling Mayfield have been an excellent property management agent. Due to a change in our plans we wanted to sell the house and spoke to six agents in the area to check the market and what could be done as we now live 1000's of km away and couldn't return to Newcastle to organise the sale. Joe and his team have made a complex event seem like a walk in the park. Less than eight weeks after my first phone call we have a cheque in the bank and our new future to look forward to.
