We had a really positive experience with Dowling Real Estate. The team handled everything professionally and kept us informed the whole way through. They were responsive, easy to communicate with and made the process straightforward. We always felt confident that things were being managed properly. Really appreciate the effort from Montana and the team. We’d happily recommend Dowling to anyone looking to sell or rent out their property.

KYLIE and the team from Dowling was a pleasure to work with over the busy Christmas/ new year period. Kylie ensured a new Tennant was signed up to a lease while ensuring outgoing tennant had left the property clean and organised house cleaners, carpet cleaning, key cutting and a list of items requiring rectification. I greatly appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the staff. As a result there was minimum loss of rent between tenants.

It’s such a pleasure dealing with a Real Estate that’s both friendly and knowledgeable. I thought it might have been a worry living out of the area, however I have nothing but high praise for this team of courteous professionals at Dowling Medowie.
