Gregs knowledge of the Medowie market and sales process made for a seamless sale within a week of going to market. A completely digital sign up process, supported by an efficient sales and marketing team, made for a very satsfying experience. Communication was prompt and enagement was effortless. Greg and the Dowling team will be the first agent I call when I am looking to reinvest into Medowie and the greater Port area.

We have been working with Greg and the team at Dowling Medowie for over half a decade and have had the most mutually respectful, effective and fruitful experience with the agency. The team at Dowling have managed multiple investment properties for our family and have now successfully facilitated the sale of two homes. We have been continually impressed with Dowling’s consistent communication, pragmatic advice and management of some very unique properties - ones which have required significant more thought and strategy than neighbouring properties! Throughout the entire process we were reassured that Dowling had our best interests at heart. Greg has an invaluable lifetime of experience in the industry and this became evident when he creatively suggested and subsequently facilitated some unique conditions (and some to his personal detriment) which ended up is us accepting a wonderful offer. His time, effort, energy and personal sacrifice is not lost on us, and for that, we are truly thankful. Thank you Greg and team Dowling for several wonderful years together, we will miss working with you.

I totally believe the manner in which Greg and the staff conducted themselves was excellent. I can't regard it any higher. I would recommend to anyone who asks about wanting to sell that they can't go wrong with the lovely team at Dowlings who got it across the line!

Greg and his team exceeded expectations with the sale of our long term family home. Having a set timeframe in which we wished to sell the lead up work, photos and going to market was all carried out in a timely manner, Open houses were conducted in a professional manner and feedback was provided which enabled us to make the correct decisions to ensure a great price was achieved in the market place at the time. Thankyou again and I wouldn't hesitate to do business again with them.

We were very happy with Neil Ross from Dowling Real Estate, who has been exceptional in his communication with us regarding the sale of our investment property. We are very happy with the outcome and he has constantly kept us up to date with the progress. We had two offers within the first week of sale, so we couldn't be happier. Thanks so much Neil!
