After having had agent dramas attempting to purchase another property Greg came to the rescue with a property that meet our needs, he dealt with us with integrity, honesty and professionalism to make the purchase a positive experience for the all the family.

Selling our home through Dowling Real Estate Medowie and having Greg Brown as our agent has been a seamless exercise. Greg was so approachable, thorough and extremely professional, everything that was promised was delivered. Any questions we had, he answered promptly allowing us to just sit back, relax and let the process happen. Deciding to sell our home of 20 years was a hard decision, Greg provided us with some great suggestions, discussed realistic expectations of its current value and a marketing plan to achieve our goal. No sooner it hit the market we received offers, soon accepting one we were happy with. We no longer live in this area and this could easily have presented problems, but didn’t, as Greg made himself available and worked in with our tight time frames and conflicting availabilities. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t thank him enough. Should we ever need the services of an agent in this area again we would not hesitate to call upon Greg and his team at Dowling Real Estate Medowie to assist us. Thanks guys! Cheers Phill & Rob

Greg & Neil went above and beyond to get us a great price for our home. We found the house we wanted and then the boys went to work to get our property across the line so we could move. We would like to thank Greg & Neil for making our first move in 37 years a very easy one.

Neil Ross and Greg Brown of Dowling Real Estate Medowie were fantastic to deal with throughout the process of selling our land and the purchase of our new home. Neil and Greg both worked on the sale of our land and achieved a price that was over $17,000 higher than other local agents even thought it was worth. We were kept informed every step of the way and their efforts were tireless. The best part of this process for us was that the boys kept us updated continually and we never had to contact them to ask what was happening. This has been a frustration for us with other agents in the past. We had been looking for a property to purchase for quite some time and we were starting to lose hope that we would ever find our new home. Again unlike other agents, the boys kept us updated of new properties coming up and Neil urged us to have a look at a property in Kula Road. We viewed it online and rejected it as an option, however, Neil confirmed it crossed a lot of the boxes that we wanted in a home and to call in at the open house to check it out. We decided we had nothing to lose and went along to the open home and fell in love with this property instantly. We will be forever thankful to Neil for actually listening to what we wanted in a home and making our dream a reality. Selling and purchasing a property can be a very stressful experience however the boys at Dowling kept our stress to a minimum. We have sold and purchased quite a few properties during our lifetime and we can honestly say this is the best experience we have ever had with an agent. Neil and Greg are not only real estate agents, they have become friends and we would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell or buy. Dave & Donna Talbot

I was very happy with the sale of my property at 109 Ferodale Road. I received almost as much as I thought it was worth. It was sad to see it sold as I have owned the house for 33years and for the first 10 years it was my family home. Thank you for all the help and guidance through out the sale, you made it very easy and care free for me, I am so grateful for that. I wish you and all the staff at Dowling well in the future especially those who have given me great service through all the years you have managed my property Robyn
