Can definitely recommend them to anyone. All the staff area great. Go the extra mile to help & understand personally and care. Was very happy with Liam’s result. Straight onto the job. He is approachable professional easy going. Compared to other agencies there was a big difference. He was knowledgeable with his experience and advice with the market. He gets to know you & what you are after and what he needs to do with his skills to get the house sold and he takes the initiative. He is a likeable guy and easy going and looks after you. You wont be sorry dealing with this agency for your business as they will look after you well and get good results for you. He is quite intuitive to his clients needs. His correspondence was professional and we were kept up to date at all times promptly. This agency is a stand out in my opinion and we will definitely be using Liam and Dowlings in the future again we wouldn't go anywhere else as they are No1. Liam was listening and gave us no pressure at all. It was an enjoyable experience and appreciated. We will be telling others as we have had experience with this agency for just over 33 years now.

We had such a great experience with Liam! He was easy going, honest and so easy to deal with throughout the whole process. He had great knowledge of the market and always gave us clear, realistic advice. His calm, level-headed approach and constant reassurance made a stressful process feel so much easier. I couldn't be happier with the level of service Liam provided. From initial contact to final sale, he has made it stress free. He was always available to answer concerns and put my mind at ease. Initially this unit was purchased through Dowling and was a rental through them and then I have been an owner/occupier. I can't recommend Dowling and Liam highly enough for their professionalism, kindness and service.
