The ladies who run the rental side of the agency, are extremely thorough, when they see something that need attention, they write and ask how the owner would like to deal with the problem. This kind of attention to detail ensures that the property is at all times maintained in excellent condition. The monthly reports are amazing. They are a delight to deal with.
