Excellent! Friendly, professional and prompt service
We started renting our properties out through Downtown Property over a month ago and cannot fault the service they have provided. They're friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble. Nat, Mikayla and the team have been wonderful to delay with. Issues are always passed on and dealt with promptly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Number 1 Property Management team!
Downton Property are exceptional at what they do! We have a couple of properties that Downton manage and have done so for a number of years. The property management team and office staff always have the owners and tenants best interests in mind. They always provide prompt, exceptional customer service and no job is too big or too small. They are easy to liaise with and have always managed our properies to a high standard. In my view they are the number 1 team in Hobart to deal with for all your property management needs!

Our property is managed by the wonderful Nat and Shanae! They’ve been excellent to deal with right from the beginning. They worked hard to secure the perfect tenants for our home! Amazing agency
We use Downton property for their professionalism, reliability, communication and their desire and drive to make their clients happy!
