Incredibly happy with the result!
Thanks so much to Joe and his team. We are very grateful for the superior and timely service and all the advice. We had our open on Saturday and everything was done and dusted by Monday afternoon - the price we wanted, the tenants we wanted....we just couldn't be happier with the result.

Professional
Once again the team at Doyle and Spillane has secured good tenants in no time at a rent that we are happy with. They use excellent systems and procedures. Nothing is left to chance in the process. Cris, our property manager, is very professional and efficient in looking after the property with great attention to details. Cris has a friendly personality which allows her to establish relationships of trust with tenants and landlords alike. She maintains a good communication. We always value her advice. I would not hesitate to recommend Cris to anyone looking for a property manager.

outstanding
We have had our unit in Oaks avenue Dee Why for over 30 years and we have had incredible management from Doyle Spillane. They encouraged us to have some updating done 15 years ago, bathroom tiles, kitchen, and painted throughout. The works organised by them took under four weeks and then a new tenant moved in straight away. Apart from that the unit has not missed a day without tenancy in all that time.
