I engaged the team at Doyle Spillane to lease an apartment in Dee Why. The communication from Joe & Monika was absolutely wonderful. I didn't have to chase them for anything, they were both very proactive. They also secured a great tenant in a speedy manner. I would highly recommend their services if you are looking for an excellent property management firm. These guys are the best! They may have been a touch higher in fees than others, but when they deliver exceptional customer service I have no question on the fees charged, as they are well worth it, and bring so much value.
