Steve was absolutely fantastic & a pleasure to deal with through the whole buying process - he clearly knows the Dee Why market back to front. As a buyer, it was wonderful to deal with an agent that was extremely responsive, proactive, punctual, very friendly & approachable. In particular, I really appreciated Steve's help with ushering lawyers and his clients through the exchanging of contracts & his fabulous assistance with making sure everything was in order for settlement. Thank you Steve!

Stephen has been nothing short of amazing, reliable and honest from early discussions through to the exchanging of contracts. When we engaged him to sell our unit, he was upfront, informative and most importantly completely approachable. He gave us guidance in the process whilst still allowing us room to feel in control of the sale, and didn’t miss a single beat in delivering every milestone he promised. Can’t recommend Stephen and Doyle Spillane team enough; you’ll be in the best hands!

We’ve known Matt for years and knew when it came to selling Doyle Spillane was the agency for us. Matt’s communication and feedback from prospective purchases throughout the campaign was excellent. In a tough environment Matt was always confident and upbeat keeping everyone focused on the end result which we achieved. We would highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone thinking of selling.

Matt created a sale by following up on the underbidders from a previous auction in the same property. He closed the deal without incurring marketing or styling costs. A professional job well done.

We have just sold our property with Matt Morley as our agent and we are so happy with the result. Matt has been so lovely to work with. He was recommended to us as an expert on the local area and worked hard to achieve a great price for us in a slow market with escalating interest rates. We liked Matt’s friendly attitude and could always speak to him personally so communication was excellent. He has been so punctual and reliable and is a great salesman. Thanks Matt.
