From the first time I met Stephen I was impressed with his friendly demeanour and his ability to make me feel like I had chosen the right agent to sell my parents home of nearly 60 years. He had a great knowledge of the local area and realistic prices and was totally honest and up front about the whole process of selling. When we hit a few stumbles with pool compliancy, he knew who we could use to fix the problems which took a lot of stress away. My parents and I had to leave Sydney to be closer to my family in Queensland and I basically left the whole process of selling the house to him as we were not going to be around.
