I sold my unit in Dee Why off market to a couple Angelo introduced to the property. Accordingly Angelo did not have to deal with marketing, open house inspections, or an auction of the property. Angelo was very professional and kept me updated with the negotiations over the sale price and preparing for settlement. When an issue arose on the evening of the settlement Angelo took control and resolved the issue promptly and without fuss.
