Joe and his team have been managing property for us for the past 16 years during which we have built a relationship of trust. The team has consistently been extremly responsive and professional. They are well organised, approachable and look after every detail of the property. They conduct rigorous regular inspections and send detailed reports. They have an excellent network of local tradies. They give sound strategic advice when re-letting which has led to minimum vacancy. Recently Joe helped us prepare our house in Killarney Heights for rental. Joe was very thorough, exhaustive and professional and found us tenants within 3 days of 1st viewing at a rent we are very happy with. Cris is a fantastic property manager, always going beyond normal expectations. Needless to say we are extremly happy with our relationship with Joe and his team.
