I think John knows just about everyone living in Elanora Hts. He's been in the Northern Beaches area for a long time and has established a good network. His local connections are invaluable. We had quite a bit of work to do to get the house ready for sale and John was ready and willing to lend a hand by suggesting what we should do and even calling tradesmen and meeting them at the house for us. He even rolled his sleeves up and moved some furniture! This value adding was unexpected but a very welcome surprise. He was committed throughout the process from before we even signed him right through to settlement. I also felt he wanted to get a good sale price for us, not just whatever was easiest for him.

We first developed our view of John more on the stark contrast to other local agents who generally came off insincere, pushy, dismissive and lacking depth to their knowledge. We couldn't understand why some agents were seek to push a point that was clearly incorrect because it suited their pitch for the property. We found John to be the complete opposite. He was fair in his assessment of the market and the individual property and wasn't afraid to talk about both the positives and negatives. He was diligent in all his follow-ups and was patient with us as we worked through the exhaustive decision to purchase our home. We hope never to sell our new humble abode but if we do we will be using John.

Martha worked hard as the agent at Drake Real Estate. Constant verbal updates and Electronic messages were the order of the day. Sales strategy changes and adjustment to the market produced the right outcome for us as well as for the buyer. We were delighted with the sales outcome and remain more than satisfied with the result. This was an extra ordinary effort with small unexpected courtesies along the way to help with the sales campaign. A rare gem indeed.

John was so easy going throughout the whole process. All the inspections we attended were laidback and we were always welcome to take as much time as we needed. John was honest, realistic and always willing to listen to and try and meet our needs. He made the whole process very easy and stress free!
