Andrew was fantastic to deal with! From his very detailed, insightful and house specific appraisal we knew Andrew was the man for the job. His knowledge of the local market was evident and we feel like he didn't try and over sell what our house was valued at instead he managed expectations from the start and suggested some minor house upgrades be done in order to maximise the sale which more than paid off. Communication from Andrew was always very clear and prompt. We would receive a call after each open home and get a pulse check from him. Overall Andrew was a very professional agent and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again and recommend him to others.
