After our first contract crashed, she reached out to sales agents she knew and sent us links to possible properties that might suit. Once we secured our investment property, she stepped up the support even more. As we are out-of-town owners, she took care of everything on the ground in a professional way with excellent communication along the way. She collected keys from the sales agent on settlement and had additional keys cut. She organised cleaners and electricians on our behalf, and when there was an issue with the power being disconnected from the property, she packed up her office, sat in our empty, powerless house for hours and waited for the Energex person to arrive. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and it was all handled in a professional and cheerful manner. When the property was ready, she advertised it well and presented 8 vetted and summarised applications within days of just one open house. Kellie has been a great asset to us after some exceptional circumstances. Kellie has handled issues as they have arisen with professionalism, speed and a can do attitude. We have been very impressed at the speed and quality of tenant selection for our property. Kellie did an outstanding job of an incoming inspection report before the unit was re tenanted and highlighted issues that I was unaware of. A previous agent had missed some damage from tenant neglect and sub standard exit cleaning and paint and patch repairs ( where the exiting tenant was granted almost all of their bond ) Kellie is a great communicator, keen eye for detail and understands the needs of the tenant and the owner. Kellie was recommended to us by another agent. She contacted the same day the agent referred us and was out to our property within 24 hours. She is friendly, insightful and very helpful. We were overseas at the time of inspections of our investment property and she worked collaboratively with our house sitter. We had a few rounds of inspections with a helpful summary of each applicant afterwards. Being overseas this helped us get a feel for each applicant and allowed us to make a joint decision on our tenant. She shared our goal of a personal experience with the tenant and has been integral in forming a good relationship with them. All formal paper work was prepared efficiently and accurately.
