We met with several Property Managers as well as Kellie and Kellie was a "Stand Out! " in the best possible way. She was on time, dressed professionally, came prepared to make notes and listened to the type of tenant we wanted in our home. She knew the market well and explained the type of rental we could possibly get. Once we signed with her, she organised the photographer, and the ad was up by the end of the week. She was in constant contact with us, and listened when I suggested a change in wording to the ad. We listened to her when she suggested we revise our rent, as the market had changed. After 3 weeks, she found the ideal tenants! We expected it to take 1- 2 months because we were quite picky as to who we wanted in our home. Kellie is extremely approachable, friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend her and her services to anyone!
