Professional service and always a a pleasure to deal with Barb.
Have been dealing with Barbara for many years. Through buying, property management and selling, Barb and the team have been great. Recently sold a property and Barb was spot on with the marketing campaign and price range. Always available and very professional. Very happy and will continue working with Barb for many years to come.

Dealing with Dwell Realty
We met Ian of Dwell Realty when we first inspected a villa at St. Georges Basin, he was pleasant, friendly and very helpful. we ended up buying the property and he and Barb couldn't do enough for us. A pleasure to do deal with and we highly recommend them.

Barb and her team were a delight to work with, through the challenges of the market they adjusted their tactics to maximize interest and achieve what I believe to be the best price under the circumstances. Where no doubt their competition would have put pressure on me to drop the price. Barb was always sensitive to my situation as an executor, enjoys the challenges, puts the vendor first and is hard working. Amazing Real Estate Agent
Barb is an amazing person, as well as a real estate agent. She is professional and knowledgeable and was extremely patient walking us through the process and answering all our questions. She goes above and beyond and goes out of her way to help to the stress out of the whole process. I would highly recommend her and she would not disappoint.

Honest, Genuine & Helpful

As usual, my experience with Barbara and the Dwell team exceeded my expectations. My house was tenanted and the Property Management Team at Dwell were amazing and went above and beyond. When I decided to sell, the Sales Team were also amazing and sold it within 3 days of being on the market. Their knowledge, communication and professionalism were outstanding at all times and I highly recommend Dwell if you want the best outcome.
