Barbara Ferguson from Dwell Realty St George’s Basin is such a fantastic real estate agent. From the moment I met her, I was delighted with her friendly and bubbly personality. Barbara is honest, reliable and has such great Realestate market knowledge. In my circumstance, I was not sure which way to go with my property. Barbara could immediately see potential and gave us the inspiration and encouragement needed to get our property ready to sell. I highly recommend Barbara, give her a call if you have an enquiry, you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely over the moon with Dwell Realty, service was faultless, advertising was open and spot on in describing our land to potential buyers, weekly updates on time every Monday. Barbara Ferguson left no stone unturned in her effort to secure a sale in the first weeks of being advertised. Dwell Reality simply the best. Paul Murray.

Barb’s proposal was the most detailed of 3 proposals and took time and provided insightful advice ahead of being selected. The proposal was a lump sum including all advertising costs, so I had no concerns about estimates of advertising blowing out at our cost. Barb and team have down to earth, straight forward and confident approaches that would have built confidence in potential buyers. We were kept updated with weekly email status reports and phone calls when anything significant occurred. We were advised what we needed to do in simple terms and were confident that all matters were being competently handled by Barb’s team. In a number of matters, like giving away unwanted furniture, Barb went beyond our expectations. The house has now been sold and we are confident all “loose ends” have been tied up. If we need to sell or buy again, Dwell will be the place we return to.

Dwell Reality were excellent in all areas of the selling of our property. Extremely open and approachable. Efficient service and always kept us updated with potential buyers. Would have no hesitation in recommending Dwell Realty to those seeking to purchase a home or property in Shoalhaven Shire. Especially Barbara Ferguson a true professional. Well done to Dwell Reality from Paul Murray and partner Beverley Williams.
