Clinton was great to work with throughout the offer, contract and post sale process. Once our offer was accepted Clinton helped us with all additional requests to support us with B&P and finance. His team were also extremely thorough and great to work with. We really enjoyed working with him and the team on our Coolum purchase.

In a challenging premium market, securing a contract within five weeks was an outstanding result and a testament to the strategy and execution. From the outset, Clinton and the team demonstrated a strong understanding of the market and provided clear, strategic guidance on positioning the property to attract the right buyers. Communication throughout the campaign was excellent. We were kept informed at every stage with detailed feedback from inspections and transparent discussions around buyer interest and market response. Their advice was always measured, data-driven and aligned with achieving the best possible outcome. What stood out most was their professionalism and negotiation ability. They handled the process with confidence and discretion, which is particularly important when selling at this price point. The negotiations were managed extremely well.
