He was contactable, worked around our time zone difference (we lived out of Queensland) and kept communication open with the Tenant, Rental Agent, buyers and others. He knew the area well, knew all the buyers likely to be interested and when the first buyer pulled out he had found an alternate buyer within a couple of weeks.
