Jakson knew the market inside and out. His insight allowed us to understand the unique aspects of our home and location and thus a realistic expectation of sale which was very important to us. He was very quick to respond to our enquiry and maintained that level of communication throughout our sale. He worked tirelessly and achieved a great outcome for us. His follow up after sale has been first class as well. A nice, approachable, professional person - we don't hesitate in recommending Jakson.

Jakson possesses extensive knowledge of the area and the market. I needed to sell my house in Mount Coolum quickly, he delivered and negotiated a great price. His experience in selling numerous houses in the area made me confident in his expertise. Before the sale, he provided valuable tips to make the property more appealing to buyers and took care of all the necessary arrangements. Jakson is friendly, highly responsive, and an excellent communicator. I definitely recommend Jakson!

Jakson is not only friendly and personable but also highly professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond before and after the sale of my house. His assistance in arranging building, pest, and pool inspections, as well as organising a gardener to prepare the house for sale, was invaluable. He provided excellent tips for making the property more appealing to buyers. He promptly answered all my queries and kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend Jakson!

We contacted Jakson because of his understanding of the local market. We knew he was proactive and determined to get results. We met and knew immediately that he was the Agent for us. He is a dedicated professional, very approachable and genuinely a nice guy. He worked hard behind the scenes, kept us updated, and presented multiple offers in our first week on the market. We achieved the result we were looking for and couldn’t be happier. If you are looking to sell Jakson is your man.

Wonderful hard working Greg Fitzpatrick and his natural ability to make the sale process stress free and very successful. Would recommend him to anyone who wishes this wonderful outcome.

Jakson has been by far the best agent I’ve ever dealt with. He is so communicative, responsive, realistic + honest (which in my experience many agents aren’t) and goes above and beyond to get the best result. He will be my go to agent for all future sales and I highly recommend selling with him. And he’s also so cool and lovely… bonus ☺️

Jakson was an outstanding real estate agent who expertly guided us through selling our home. His excellent service stood out in three key areas: 1. Expertise: Jakson demonstrated thorough knowledge of the local market 2. Efficiency: He managed the entire process smoothly, from listing to closing 3. Communication: perhaps Jakson's biggest strength, timely and amazing communication throughout every stage of the sale. Highly recommend!
