Jackson’s knowledge of the area was exceptional. Having grown up locally, we were always confident he was the person for this sale. He showed unbeatable ambition and went above and beyond for our family. His communication was of the highest standard and his honesty was much appreciated. We are forever grateful for his hard work.

After being dissatisfied with my original agent, I relaunched my sale with Jackson. It was a wise move. He really understood the residential market for my unique property! He understood the target buyers. He rebranded my marketing accordingly and relaunched. He proactively located potential buyers. And he had a contract at the price I wanted within 5 week's, after a few adjustments. As a marketer myself I admired the skill. HIS understanding, care and personalised service was exceptional.

We recently had the opportunity to deal with Jakson Shearer from Eastell & Co (through our Buyer’s Agent Bronwen Stacey from Home Scouts) on the purchase of our investment property in Mount Coolum. Jakson was very personable and always accessible, promptly addressing any questions or concerns we flagged, and ensuring a smooth and stress-free purchase. His transparency and clear communication through the negotiation and settlement process made the entire transaction seamless.

We purchased a block of land from Eastell & Co after being contacted by Greg about an off market block with beautiful views - exactly what we were looking for. Being unexpected, we had to move quickly to secure it and the process was very stressful on our side trying to get our paperwork and finance in order to meet deadlines. Clinton and Greg were absolutely brilliant throughout the process, keeping us reassured, calm and esnuring the deal went through despite the hiccups on our end. 10/10!

Jakson is the epitome of professionalism, honesty and integrity. He does this all with a great balance of 'normal' commonsense and a personality that makes you feel at 'home'. You smile, laugh and feel good having Jakson around and in your corner. I can't recommend Jakson more highly. He sold our house for more that what we expected and his predictions of the market and trends were spot on. Jakson handled everything (so far above what an average agent would do, WOW) Amazing work young man.

Jakson seems to be a very much a "What you see is what you get" type of agent. Both my Wife an and I see this as an attractive trait that (all) agents need to possess. As cliche as it sounds, we genuinely feel he went above and beyond the realms of norm, to ensure we felt most at-ease when the time come to secure our next property. Communication - outstanding Ease of dealing with - 2nd to none Knowledge of product(s) - above the average from what we experienced from other agents. Sam & Sarah
