Adil got me 30k over market price, for a studio Apartment which is the highest amount for a 1 bed in complex (with no oven and lift). It’s a very high price for a studio apartment with such high interest rates, he’s very hardworking and always does his absolute best to make his client’s Happy, he’s very switched on while selling real estate, and is always available to help and give expert advice, I'm glad I listened to everything he suggested and was extremely happy with the end result. Keep up the hard-work Adil, you proved to be very good value and definitely presented my apartment to its max potential.

Adil advised me on many, many things from start to finish, some I wasn’t interested in doing, but he definitely knows what he’s doing, to sell in a falling market at the first open home is nothing but brilliant, he is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable real estate agents I have ever come across and sells the property like a chess game, he know the solutions to almost everything and advised me on many issues that could arise that no one would see coming, he sells it as his own property, and take his job extremely seriously, the main thing I liked about him was that his experience in all aspects of real estate are very admirable and is very serious about his job, he’s also very hardworking, excellent communicator and will be 24/7 available to help you reach your real estate goals, god bless him, he gave me some very good advises even though I wasn’t happy with it, but realised in the end he was right, and should have listened to him.

Adil sold my 1 bed & 1 study apartment for the price of 2 beds and achieved $452,000 that is a great result despite a hard market and increasing interest rate.
