He communicated everything in advance and took consent before implementing his strategy and you don’t feel left out of the process. Then came a whirlwind of sales activity, that resulted in the most exceptional outcome that I could ever have dreamed of. His strategy of negotiations with the buyers is very persuasive and he never lets your expectations down at all. I was just expecting $840,000 but he sold my house for $880,000 in one open home and exchanged in 10 days. Once we had agreement on a sales strategy, he just made it happen with more than the asking price. He has great knowledge of the local market and knows what is needed to convert For Sale sign into Sold! Adil is a real deal, I would highly recommend him who is thinking of selling his property.
