I've sold several properties over the years and I have to say the agent I've been most satisfied with has been Steve. From first meeting him I was immediately impressed with his personable nature, genuine sincerity, sound advice and knowledge of the market. After deciding to list with Steve he kept me well informed every step of the way. He was quick to provide feedback from perspective buyers. He marketed the property perfectly - knowing exactly the demography of whom would be most interested. When putting forward offers he gave me very frank advice but never pressured me into accepting.
