I would be more than happy to recommend Steve Thomas to anyone considering selling their home. During the sale of my home, he constantly kept me updated and was always a phone call away. The most unique quality that Steve possesses and which sets him apart from other agents, is his honesty. He took the time to walk me through the entire process and really set my mind at ease by answering each and every question. Steve's exceptional knowledge and experience of the property market is invaluable which in turn ensured I got a result which far exceeded my expectations.

“Steve was understanding and knew every step that was required. He organised so we didn't need bridging finance. He Negotiated extended settlement with buyers, and even helped us find the perfect new home. Everything worked out exactly as he said it would. We are very grateful and highly recommend him to anyone downsizing. He's more than an agent, he's a genuine and thoughtful friend, to all who may be downsizing. “ Helen Kollas

Steve’s service was amazing especially during the holidays when everyone else had clocked off. He is also by far one of the most honest agents I have dealt with. He is highly recommended.

Steve Thomas was recommended to me as an Agent who would be fair, responsive and get the job done. I should set the scene by saying I was interstate and had few resources to prepare for the sale. Steve pre-empted every requirement. Had his trades ready to undertake some minor painting and even carpet in 2 days. Marketing brochures and sign, garden tidied, we were ready to open to the market. Then came a whirlwind of sales activity, that resulted in the most exceptional outcome that I could ever have dreamed of. His strategy…ah well now, you’ll have to talk to him to find out!! Steve is an easy communicator, clear and pleasant. I had to rely on emails and phone calls, and everything was professionally presented and easy to respond to. Once we had agreement on a sales strategy, he just made it happen. He had great knowledge of the local market and knew what was needed to convert this pent-up demand into a sale. I would highly recommend him.

We went with Steve Thomas from Edge because of his experience and reputation. We were not disappointed and we had 6 offers above asking price on the first open house. Steve explained each step of the process. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Steve Thomas from Edge Realestate.

I have never worked with an agent like Steve before. He advised us what we needed to do to make our home market ready. He connected us with professional trades to do this work. His perception of how we needed to present it was impeccable. I have bought and sold several houses in the past and the process has sometimes been difficult. Steve made it go like clockwork. We took his advice every step of the way and it sure paid off.

Steve was extremely helpful and supportive when it came to the sale of my parents family home, my mother was able to sell the house and this was made easier with the support from our agent Steve Thomas. We found that Steve explained every aspect of selling and made a huge difference when we sold the house on the first weekend. We were very happy with the result and would thoroughly recommend Steve to anyone selling, we are about to list our home with Steve and know he will be the best agent for us.

Steve achieved the new suburb record price of $1,300,000 in Fadden for us in one week. His depth of knowledge, insight and communications skills sets him apart from other agents. He is an expert in downsizing. He is a great listener and expert in downsizing with many suburb records. Let him appraise your home, you won’t be dissapointed, he is genuine and highly skilled and competent. It seems sometimes the brands that scream the loudest are not always the best . Call Steve at Edge.

I engaged Steve to sell my unit during the start of the whole Covid environment and the accompanying restrictions. Even though we weren't allowed the traditional open homes, Steve still managed to find me a buyer by taking individual appointments to show people through. He also found me a temporary tenant to cover the period it was empty which helped my situation a lot. This is the first time I've sold a property and Steve made it so easy, in fact we arranged everything without having to meet once, which was beneficial during these Covid times.
