Using his team of gardeners, painters and stagers (all very fairly priced) he managed the entire process of getting the house ready. Just over a week from first listing the house, he achieved right on the price he predicted at the start, which was higher than other agents assessments. In one week, Steve achieved a price higher than other agents predicted after a six week auction process. We couldn't recommend Steve and his team any higher.
