I have had a couple of dealings with Steve Thomas from Edge over the past couple of years. Steve knows the Canberra market inside out and is excellent to deal with. He is honest, realistic and accurate with his valuations and readily available. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else when selling a property.

Steve and the Edge team (and it is a complete team) handled our real estate transactions seamlessly. Everything from the property reports, to the styling to the touch up maintenance and even your move to your new home. It's all done. Just taken care of by the team. You'd think this would be expensive, however the Rolls-Royce service comes at very reasonable rates especially as all of the worry organising it is taken off your shoulders. You never feel pressured as either a buyer or seller and are kept up-to-date during the entire process. I can not recommend the Edge team highly enough. Buying in the future, if Edge were acting for the seller, I would feel confident everything was above board. If I have to sell there is only one team I would go with and that's Edge.
