Steve provided amazing service and was very flexible during the whole selling process. He provided great knowledge and advice for staging the house, as well as strategies for the sale. He provided a very quick turn around to list the property, made himself available for many open homes in quick succession, and provided great service throughout the exchange process. I would highly recommend listing your property with Steve.

We found Steve to be very honest and ethical. His pricing estimate was the most accurate among the various agents we spoke to. His advice on presentation and displaying the property was first class and he had a range of contacts to assist with this who were all client focused. His local knowledge of the Canberra market and of what buyers were looking for was excellent. We would be happy to recommend him to anybody selling their property.

Our house has been on the market for several months and failed to seal a sale contract. We were very confused and under stress without clear guidance and professional advices. Then we had the pleasure to receive assistance from Steve at Edge. He has been the expert in the real estate area and is really a gem. He showed us the right direction to maker our house and reduced the pressure on us instantly. The property was sold in less than 2 weeks and only opened for one weekend. Now we are able to relax and get back to our normal lives. Thank you Steve!

Steve is an outstanding agent willing to go above and beyond, highly recommend! After researching recent sales in Harrison and receiving several appraisals, we selected Edge Real Estate as we were impressed with Steve’s enthusiasm and drive. Steve’s experience and industry knowledge was evident in the quality marketing strategy, accompanied with a passionate and professional property styling team. We received multiple offers after the first open home, proactively managed by Steve which resulted to a sale executed in 5 days! A positive result in a challenging Canberra spring market. Thanks to the Edge team for the professional assistance to ensure a smooth simultaneous settlement and local supplier contacts for our transition to QLD!

Steve has a wealth of knowledge and gave us personalised and honest advice about how to get the best result in the current market. With the help of his excellent makover and styling team, we invested in a number of house and garden improvements which definitely appealed to potential buyers. The final price we sold for was significantly higher than the projected best price possible according to the first agent we engaged. Overall, we were very happy with the approach and advice, the process and the sale price. Thanks, Steve1

We’ve bought and sold a few times with different agents around Canberra and can honestly say Steve has been the best we have dealt with. He really understands the market and we were confident in the approach he recommended for the sale of our home. Steve was 100% committed to getting the best price for our home - which sold in less then a week. Couldn’t be happier with the result - Steve is great to deal with, kept us in the loop throughout the process and went above and beyond (even on public holidays) to get us the best result. We would highly recommend Steve to anyone.

We engaged Steve @ Edge based on his outside of the box and adaptive approaches to property selling. Steve clearly explained his proposed strategy and kept us informed all the way. He followed through and did exactly what he said he would. The result was a sale within two days of the first open house, exceeding our expectations! Would highly recommend Steve (along with the staging, painting, photography and inspection report companies he associates with) to anyone selling their property - you'll be in good hands!
