Steve's appraisal was realistic and hopeful. He laid out the process ahead of us and discribed possible outcomes without exageration. When Steve arrived to 'kick start' the selling process I held definite ideas about styling and Steve kindly talked me around. The styling was lovely. Over a very wet weekend, followed by a long weekend, Steve sold our home. Amazing. We are very happy with every aspect of Steve's work and the price he acheived for our much loved property.
