We greatly appreciated Steve’s knowledge of the Canberra real estate market and his professionalism with the recent sale of our home. He managed to find the right buyer for us within a week of listing the property with great terms. Steve is an excellent communicator and kept us informed throughout the process. We would work with Steve and the team from Edge Real Estate again.

We couldn’t have expected more from an agent. He really knows the market. He knew exactly what was needed to prepare our house for market and helped us the whole way through. Very strategic and insightful. He got us a price that set a record for the street.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Steve. Facing a changing market, Steve kept me fully informed and responded quickly with a strategy that saw us achieve one of the highest 3 bed ensuite sale price since March. He has a thorough understanding of the market, was ‘spot on’ with his makeover advice and was very professional every step of the way.

Steve knew his market and offered exceptional service. We both, bought and sold a house with a quick turnaround. Steve was accessible throughout this process and was hardworking and trustworthy. He took the time, communicating and going the extra mile, making the experience as painfree as possible. Steve considered our needs and worked with professionalism, honesty and integrity. We would highly recommend his services.

Steve has the unique ability to see the full potential of a property and increase the potential sale price. He was able to recommend and organise tradesmen to make some minor renovations and touch-ups to my recent sale which resulted in multiple offers within the first two open houses and an exchange of contract within 7 days of advertising. He possesses great industry knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills and gets the job done. As a result of listening and trusting Steve' advice, he achieved a sale price of over 50K more that what other agents had estimated. I highly recommend Steve and his team.

Steve's appraisal was realistic and hopeful. He laid out the process ahead of us and discribed possible outcomes without exageration. When Steve arrived to 'kick start' the selling process I held definite ideas about styling and Steve kindly talked me around. The styling was lovely. Over a very wet weekend, followed by a long weekend, Steve sold our home. Amazing. We are very happy with every aspect of Steve's work and the price he acheived for our much loved property. Steve is very good at his job.

The Team at Edge real estate were excellent in responding to enquiries and providing assistance when needed. Of particular note, Steve Thomas was brilliant in helping us to handle a particularly difficult tenant, for which we are truly grateful. When it came time to sell, previous discussions with Steve and his abundantly clear market expertise and understanding of what is currently happening left us with little doubt as to who to pick as our sales agent. I will be recommending Steve to any friends that are looking to sell their houses.

What can I say other than complete satisfaction in the professional way in which Steve firstly discussed all areas of the sale of my home until final acceptance. He seem to be ahead of everything even before we asked . The price we received was above any sold in the area with all my neighbors saying that if they are going to sell, Steve will be the first they contact. We have bought and sold 9 houses both in Canberra.NSW and WA and can only say we have not had a better pair of people in both Steve and Tatijana on our side. Our heartfelt gratitude to both.

Steve provided excellent advice, from requirements to selling to an indicative market appraisal. His knowledge allowed us to get at the top end of his market appraisal range and a contract was signed within four days of listing. Have absolutely no hesitation about recommending Steve, and also recommending following his advice concerning everything from maintenance required to sell, styling, or changes that reflect what sellers are looking for. Thanks Steve!

Over the years, Steve has sold homes for family and friends and I had always heard great things. We initially contacted Steve for an appraisal and advice about selling our home in Waramanga. We spoke with a number of real estate agents while looking for our new property, but we always came back to Steve. It was a number of months until we were ready to put the house on the market, but in the meantime Steve was very generous with his time and knowledge. In the end, we needed to sell our house quickly. Steve took the pressure off us by taking control of all the trades, styling and photography. All of his advice and work in the lead up to our house going on the market resulted in an outstanding selling price and far exceeded our expectations. Steve has great local knowledge, gets along with everyone and made it easy for both us and our buyer. I highly recommend Steve.
