Great Experience

I have to say, my first interaction with Sam was extremely positive. From the day of my enquiry he responded immediately, sharing the contract, building report and booking in a time for us to inspect the property. From the minute we walked into the house, he was friendly and personable. This is the second time Sam has sold a somewhat 'niche' property for me. Firstly, Sam makes the 'getting to market' process easy. Need to defer certain costs to settlement? No problem. Need additional funds to prepare your home to look its best? Sam can hook you up! Need a tradie or a stylist? Sam knows who to call. His photographer took high quality photos and created a thorough virtual tour (an absolute must for lockdown restrictions). Where Sam really creates value is negotiating a win-win best price for your home. Sam connects to prospective buyers and LISTENS to their needs. He develops a rapport like no other Agent I've dealt with. Sam takes the time to walk buyers through the market conditions, floorplans, building reports and other important factors when considering how they should position themselves when it comes time to make an offer. Buyers appreciate this openness and guidance, and sellers reap the benefits too. Sam sold my home during Canberra's Sep 2021 lockdown period, when private viewings were allowed for up to 2 hours. He made sure only genuine and 'ready' buyers took up these precious viewing slots, and within 3 separate viewings, we had several offers to select from.
