Heshan and Alma were very conscientious about looking after the property on behalf of the owners, and also very kind, helpful and flexible in helping me to do the same. Always available by phone, text and email, responding immediately. Very positive experience, they were lovely.

We moved our properties to Edison Central at the end of last year. I chose Edison for of my previous dealings with Claude. We were put into Alma’s hands to manage them. Wow, right from the start she was super organised and meticulous. Alma certainly went above and beyond and nothing was ever too much trouble. A true professional in every sense. What has stood out for us is that work ethic of going above and beyond time and time again. Both properties were to be vacated, one going to be sold. Major works were required at one and a refresh at the other. We were interstate at the time and Alma would meet the trades onsite, liaise with the workmen of what was required especially in a time when its near impossible to get a tradesperson to do any major works let alone turn up and keep on top of it. So with all her organisational skills and connections, I have come to say “we all need an Alma in our lives” she has kept everything on track and moving. A true standout of any property manager I’ve encountered. Not only a reflection of how good she is at her job but more importantly someone who really loves their job and this is reflected in her work. A great asset to the Edison Team. Thank you for looking after us.

We have been with Edison Property for 6 years managing our property that we have owned for over 15 years. We have been fortunate enough to have had reasonable Property Managers and only 1 troublesome tenant. Our current Property Manager is the best since we have owned the property, and we would highly recommend her. Vanesa is always very punctual and knowledgeable in her responses for both tenant and landlord and very fair in her considerations. Sometimes it feels as though we are her only client with how she is so attentive to our requirements/queries. We were confident to resign our MA with Edison's for another 2 years.
