Our property manager, Sue at Central Paragon Property, was an absolute delight to deal with. She was always bright and friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to find solutions that suited both us as the tenants and the landlord. Sue found our property for us while we were in the midst of a whirlwind relocation from Melbourne to Perth and she helped make the transition a smooth one. Throughout the tenancy, she was always prompt in her communication and willing to see things from our perspective, to act with empathy and always to make things as easy as possible. I wholeheartedly recommend Sue as a property manager!

Cannot say how impressed I am with my property manager Sue. Since the first inspection was noticeable her interest and professionalism for an outstanding service. Every interaction I’ve had with the staff at Paragon is so pleasant that I almost don’t want to hang up. They have each gone out of their way to help me with my tenancy, even showing me the property a second time despite the easier option being to move on to another application. Paragon Property in North Perth, specifically Stacey Kouroulis, have been wonderful to deal with for our rental. When I moved my family over from Sydney, I had a time crunch and very specific requirements for space and location. Stacey was extremely helpful, which took away some of the stress of an interstate move. She has even helped us find a bigger, more suitable place that we have moved into now. I am glad we could stay with Paragon and I highly recommend them for any property needs.

I have rented a few properties over the last few years and found Julie Taylor and the Paragon team to be so friendly and helpful, a rarity among property managers. As a tenant I found Julie to have an easily approachable and common sense style. She really did try to represent the owners but ensure that our family as tenants had a home that was fully functioning and pleasant to live in. She was prompt with maintenance requests and really reasonable. She made the final PCR so easy. The office team were always wonderfully friendly both in person and on the phone. I wish all property managers had Julie’s approach.
