The staff are top class! I was looking for a rental under extreme pressure in the current market and overwhelmed like everybody else by the number of applicants and a disheartened by what's in the news. Meeting both Laura and Sue made the experience survivable. They were both extremely professional in their process that showed no favoratism nor judgement as well as in the neutral but warm way that they communicated with me. I did not get the impression that the high supply and low demand was 'getting to them' and it was their sleek but humane personalities and manner that reassured me and made me feel excited about my new rental. I have dealt with agents in the past that feel fragmented and distracted, all veneer. Paragon is completely on the ball and faultless with their service and you are never waiting. The reception as well is fantastic. I recommend Paragon to everyone who wants a professional experience with approachable and skilled staff.

It has been a privilege staying at this rental which we have had very minimal issues throughout our stay. If we did have an issue the Owner and Julie (2nd Paragon Manger) have been very efficient in attending to the requests. Disappointingly in the first four months the service from the Paragon Property Manager in charge of this unit was very poor. We were very glad when Julie came onboard and I'm sure the Owner is delighted too! Thanks again Julie!
