We would definitely recommend Claude. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of selling our house. During the initial meetings he was very prepared and gave us honest and realistic information about sale strategy, prices and what was happening in the market so we could make an informed decision. He was very open to discuss strategies that we were most comfortable with and kept us involved in the entire process. When it came to preparing the house for the home opens, he gave us some excellent advice and assistance without being too pushy or making us feel uncomfortable. Claude was very easy to communicate with and was always available to answer any questions we had along the way. We always felt like we were in the loop with what was happening. We were very happy with the final sale price, which was in line with what was discussed during our initial meetings. Claude is very professional but also very approachable. Selling a house can be a difficult and stressful process, but was made easier with the guidance and support provided by Claude and his team.
