Friendly, responsive and helpful

From a buyers perspective Jenn & Peter was great to deal with. Jenn answered all my questions provided extra documentation and information not just promptly but with ease and a smile. Excellent communicator, very friendly and had exceptional care factor

There is a reason why Theo and Nik are the number 1 agents in the area, before selling with the guys I had my own agent for all my previous transactions, I decided to go with Theo as we bought the property off him originally and had a really good experience on the buying side. I have never dealt with someone so professional, prompt, didn’t miss any communication, has the most care factor and wants to understand how they can help, not just with the sale but other aspects in life. Very genuine and we can see how they have been so successful, if you want to sell your property you would be crazy to not consider Theo. Very happy seller

On the market for only 8 days. Louise is Incredible.

Louise's market knowledge, communication and professionalism would be equal to the best I have ever come across. Going the extra mile is her strong suit. She gave me so much help and support in many, many ways, for which I will be always grateful.
