Michael was always very interested in providing information about the market and potential opportunities for selling our home. When we decided to move, Michael was a natural choice for an agent. He worked with us to present the house in the best possible way and achieve a sell price that was the best, in the market conditions. During the sale, we found him genuine and interested in our requirements. We would recommend Michael as an agent and a person.

Thea made the experience of selling my home very easy. I had a three year lead in into the sale of my home of over 30 years and Thea was by my side all the way. She kept me updated on the market situation and visited regularly giving me excellent advice on preparing my home. She has excellent communication skills, sharing her knowledge and offering great advice but also listening and accomodating my ideas . I would highly recommend Thea to any prospective seller or buyer for her professionalism and genuine interest and care for her clients.
