He was simply outstanding from the start, clear lines of communication, didnt try and oversell stats or figures to win my listing, he was honest & truthful, which he was able to achieve one of the best sales figures seen in the apartment buildings history. This was achieved because of Brad's dedication, he followed up every enquiry, consulted me on a regular basis with how the marketing activity was going (speaking of strategies he has a phenomenal strategy which netted a great result, he uses all the technology available and pairs this into his marketing and sales strategy to get the best out of the market), he has a fantastic team at his disposal - the home staging was done brilliantly & without fuss. Brad has a wealth of knowledge and he has a great depth of understanding of the Claremont apartment market, his experience allows him to adjust his sales & marketing strategy quickly so he gets the ideal result for the seller. Brad loves what he does, and this clearly shows in his work. He prides himself on every sale and he has a great demeanour and presence when he lists appartments. He knows how to communicate effectively with all prospective buyers and gives them all the information needed for apartment sales to help qualify the buyer in a short period of time.
