Michael Hallam is outstanding in his attention to detail, and support throughout the entire buying process. Having sold a property through Michael late in 2021, and more recently buying a property through him in 2022, I have not a single fault or complaint regarding Michael. Michael is friendly, efficient with his communication, transparent, honest, extremely competent, rapid with his turnaround time, and helpful beyond the scope of his role. He is well connected to industry specialists and proactively supports the resolution of any concerns that may arise. We received an impeccable real estate service with outstanding outcomes thanks to Michael.

Brad was great to work with and was always available to answer my calls and help me project manage the tasks involved in getting my property ready for sale and also in the sale process. He went the extra mile to help me fix an appliance before the first home open and showed a deep commitment in his role. He also seems to genuinely enjoy his job as a sales agent and was honest in his advice about the market and buyers.

ouMichael was very responsive when I first approached him regarding the sale of our unit. He gave good advice and had great energy throughout the process. His previous sales activities in the area enabled him to access a buyer pre-campaign who ended up purchasing the property. The sale was handled efficiently and swiftly and took care of every detail. We were very happy to have a good result.
