We felt un-pressured throughout. Although overseas on holiday, Micheal made himself available to manage several concerns we had prior to settlement. These were minor, but, he arranged to have them rectified and advised us how and when by direct phone calls, which were then followed up by texts as written confirmation.

My daughter had been looking for a house in the area so when I wanted to sell I asked her which agents got the best prices. She gave me two names and I added one more. I interviewed them all and gradually eliminated them. Richard ticked all the boxes. He arrived on time and had done his homework. I found him very personable and helpful. He offered some good suggestions without being pushy and know-it-all and quickly came up with a possible price. I wasn’t quite ready to sell so he waited quietly but was ready to move into action when I was. He was very responsive to my needs and went along with my timing and changes of plan without getting annoyed. His office was extremely helpful as well. By the time the first open day came along we had an agreed strategy which he executed. He then used his skills, whilst keeping me fully informed, to obtain a price for my property that I was pleased with. The house was under offer within 36 hours. In the weeks following hiccups and minor issues were dealt with efficiently by his office and we achieved settlement ahead of time. I had an excellent experience with Richard and can thoroughly recommend his professionalism.
