I inherited a small unit in Subiaco from my mother and had tenants in it for many years. Having purchased a more up-market apartment elsewhere the time had come for me to sell it. A long-time tenant moved out and how tired and shabby the place looked. The thought of doing it up was daunting, but that is where Danielle Diffen stepped in. She was the agent through whom I had bought my new property and I had no hesitation in asking her to market the old one. Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined the enthusiasm and ideas that she brought to rejuvenating the place.
