I highly recommend Brad to sell your home - you won't be disappointed. From my very initial contact with Brad he presented a confident, cheerful, hard working and professional mindset that never waned. Brad took care of any issues as they presented and mediated perfectly between buyer and seller. The apartment sold quickly and finished well above asking price - I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thankyou Brad!

As a first-home buyer, Brad assisted me greatly by providing a range of market knowledge & support without being pushy. He kept me informed at all times & was easily accessible. The entire experience from the first home open I attended, to the settlement felt easy and much less daunting than I was anticipating thanks to the help provided by Brad.

I have been working with Richard for some time to find the right person to purchase my home of 30 years at the same time searching endlessly for the appropriate home for me to buy. His knowledge of available properties in the areas of interest to me with my requested features was thorough. He was always professional and took an interest and prioritised his efforts to ensure both parties were happy with the outcome. Selling my property with Richards assistance was smooth and less stressful than I expected leaving my property of 60 years. Thank you Richard.

Richard and Rachel are an absolute dream team. From the very beginning Richard was transparent and honest. We were hesitant to put our home on the market but Richard made us feel so comfortable throughout the process. His experience and knowledge got us a sale price higher than we ever could have imagined. Cannot recommend enough!

We sold our house through Richard leaving a long lead time to find another place. In a fast paced market we were running out of time and no properties were coming on the market. Richard worked with a client he knew “kind of” wanted to sell and negotiated a deal for us. She left happy and we got the house we needed and suited us. The overall win here was an agent who understood everyone’s needs and worked a deal to suit. Local knowledge, good relationships, and fantastic follow up!

Richard assisted us to sell our house while we were interstate. He organised all aspects of the sale and did many extra things for us that we couldn’t manage to do long distance. He has great communication and an excellent team around him that helped us to feel supported the whole way though. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.

Richard was great to work with, he understood our needs he is up front & honest which is hard to come by these days & found exactly what we were looking for in the perfect location. Richard moved fast with selling our existing home & it was sold in the week which was a huge relief. Loved working with Richard & I am always recommending him to others.

We had been house hunting for quiet some time and the stand out homes along the way were all presented by Richard and his team. It was no wonder we ended up purchasing our home through Richard. The team were were patient and accommodating to our settlement criteria not to mention super helpful and kept us in the loop with updates to neighbouring construction and changes along the way. If your selling or buying, look no further.

Richard and his team exceeded our expectations, Richard met with ourselves and agreed a sale strategy that met our requirements, he provided professional advice on the market and our local area. We agreed an off market sale campaign and our house sold above our expectations on the first opening. During settlement Richard kept in contact and helped us navigate the process and recommended contractors that provided services we needed. I would strongly recommended Richard and his team

Like most people we’re busy and we could not be happier with how easy it wa for us to sell our home. A no-fuss appraisal in December (not specifically for selling at that time) and a follow up from Richard in March because a house nearby had sold for 100K more. We chose Richard for the appraisal because of his rating/sales in the area. He has the purchasers on his books and good to go. We agreed to sell in March, one meeting with Richard to sign up, one unadvertised home open and the property was sold.

We first spoke to Richard in 2020. At that time he suggest a staging of our home, but Covid 19 raised it ugly head and everything went on hold. In 2021 Richard came back to us, as the market in Doubleview was staring to move quite rapidly. However, due to our circumstances we gave him a quite tight "Off Market" sales time frame. Richard appreciated our position and only showed our home to qualified buyers. He suggested to sell as is and presented us with a number of Offers within 10 Days. We found him very adaptable and he adjusted to the change in market condition very quickly
