We were impressed by Brad's honesty, market knowledge, professionalism and communication skills. He called it as he saw it and that was important to us. He was always there to help or answer questions and provide clarifications on issues. Thanks Brad.

This sale was the 8th house we have sold, every agent we have dealt with previously we put on a sliding scale of commission as it guaranteed the agent was working in our best interests. We had utmost faith that Richard was working for us during discussions and he did not let us down. Aside from achieving a great result, Richards communication and understanding of our needs was second to none. He is now looking for a house for us and we would always look to him for sales of property. On a personal note he works well and assists in the community in which he works. Just check the local area Facebook pages for confirmation of all I have said!

Richard turned a sometimes overwhelming experience into a much more relaxed feeling when selling my family home. I felt confident i had made the right choice. His communication was on the ball, always informing me on the feedback he was receiving. Being kept in the loop was so important. (not to mention his incredible negotiating skills. The exposure for my property was outstanding.

The time had come for me to downsize from my large Nedlands home when an appealing feature article in the Saturday ‘West Australian’ about an apartment in Claremont caught my eye, so I rang the agent for further details. My lucky day! The agent was Danielle Diffen and she couldn’t have been more informative and helpful. We arranged a viewing and Danielle’s enthusiasm for that particular apartment, and the complex in general, was infectious. She had, over time, sold a number in that building so knew it very well and was able to provide a lot of information about its management and the community of residents - one of whom is her own son! A second viewing with my family, who liked the apartment as much as I did, convinced me that I could happily start the next chapter of my life there. I was amazed at the amount of paperwork involved in buying and selling property but Danielle soon had it all prepared ready for signing. She understood that moving from my home of over fifty years would take time so negotiated a long settlement date with the owner. She was very professional in every way and I consider myself very lucky to have met such a trustworthy, professional estate agent at a very vulnerable time in my life. I am singing her praises to all my friends. In order to help fund the new property, I asked Danielle to act as my agent in selling my tired and shabby investment unit. Her enthusiasm and initiative regarding renovating and presenting it for sale was nothing short of amazing, as was the price that she achieved. But that is another story!

Prior to looking to sell, as a 'buyer' I visited many properties to experience agents from a buyers viewpoint. Following this exercise I was very comfortable selecting Richard to sell my property. Through every aspect of the process I was comfortable. He explained and debated options with me, as well as tailored his approach to suit my needs. In an industry where you often find people who's values are misaligned with your own, I had no issues using Richard, and would equally sell with him again regardless of suburb.

Honestly cannot speak highly enough of Richard Clucas. Richard goes above and beyond to ensure top results. I can honestly say that every piece of advice he gave us was spot on and he did a fantastic job to get us the result we did all with minimal pain on our part. We have both bought and sold through Richard and on both sides of the transaction we felt well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Richard as the best agent around. Thanks again Richard.

Thank you so much for selling our property. Over the years, we've engaged numerous agents to market our properties and we're so glad we engaged you. You're by far the best and always go the extra mile such as buying flowers, and using your own creative flare to transform the place. You got along so well with the tenants to make the place as presentable as possible. We'll support you again and would highly recommend your professional services.
