Launching a property to market 2 weeks before pandemic restrictions came into affect certainly made our selling experience an interesting one. We went from a huge response first week of home opens to then not being allowed home opens the following week. Richard is a very smooth salesman who knows when to push on an offer and when to hold - he doesn't 'oversell'. Settlement ran very smoothly, there were no issues when needing to bring forward settlement by one week. He has a good client manager who keeps on top of things. I was very appreciative of how the missing key situation was quickly resolved. As a bonus, the pizza on my first night was enjoyed by me and my family.
