Sold within a week! I have had a mixed experience. Firstly, the internet advert went live on a tuesday and I had to chase up the real estate to find out what was happening. Nyal called several days later after it was live advising if I liked the wording of the advert and if there is anything I would like to change. It would have been nice to have been asked prior to the advert going live. Also a date and time for the open house was advertised without asking if it was a suitable time. Again, i was asked after it had been advertised and it is a bit late to change it if i wasnt happy with the time of the open house. Communication leading upto the advertising and open house was limited, i was left a bit confused on what was happening. Nyal was approachable and advised if there was anything he should know that i could contact him at any time. There was limited communication around satisfying the conditions of the contract after the property was sold. This may be partially due to christmas public holidays. However at the end of the day Nyal had 2 offers within a week of advertising.

Trust is not high on list of attributes generally given to RE agents. The spin used by agents does not foster trust. We trusted David. His communication is at a high level, as is his negotiation skill. There was little or no BS, he told it like it was.
