We engaged Deb to sell our house as she was the agent who sold the house to us originally. From the start she was very direct and honest in terms of where the market was and what we should expect. This was backed with significant market research that she provided. We agreed on a price and a marketing strategy. Deb demonstrated outstanding calm and tact in dealing with the tenant in our property who was less than enthusiastic in supporting the sale process. After two home opens we had multiple offers. Deb was able to get several of them to "come up" and we ultimately achieved a sale price that exceeded our expectations. She did an excellent job and we would have no hesitation in using her services again.
