Our block in Albany took a long time to sell for various reasons. Blair kept us up to date regularly, even when there were no potential buyers. He is very friendly and honest, once we had a buyer he dealt with negotiations efficiently. I am now very relieved as he helped us get rid of a huge, expensive noose around our necks. Blair has been very helpful and accommodating in providing information regarding our recently purchased block. There was a significant amount of background planning information relating to the block and Blair was helpful in providing useful contacts to help us work through what that meant for us. Throughout the process, Blair was available to contact and discuss any issues we had and in organising inspections at short notice. His knowledge of Real Estate in the area, particularly Lifestyle blocks, was obvious and helpful in comparing options.
